Hi, I’m Estelle.

From as early as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the human body. When I was just 9 years old, while other kids were grabbing comics, I picked out a book on Doshas—the Ayurvedic concept of unique body constitutions. That curiosity never left me.

In high school, I found myself deep into personal training books, thinking that might be my path. Then I pivoted and enrolled in EMT school, only to realize the high-stress environment wasn’t for me. Life had other plans, and soon I found myself teaching Kindergarten in China—a detour I never expected but one that deeply shaped me.

Living in China for six years, I was immersed in a culture with a radically different approach to health. At first, I found traditional practices like Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) confusing—even frustrating. But as I sought help for my own health challenges, I began to see the wisdom in their holistic approach: one that looks at the body not just physically, but emotionally, energetically, and in rhythm with the seasons and life itself.

Near the end of my time in China, I felt worn out and disconnected from purpose. That’s when I returned to my roots and got certified as a personal trainer in 2019. At first, my approach was all about aesthetics—bodybuilding, dieting, chasing a “look.” But that path led me straight into disordered eating and a downward spiral in my health.

It was the climb out of that hole that changed everything.

I began focusing on strength—not just in the gym, but in life. I learned to see exercise and food not as tools for control, but as powerful ways to support my well-being. And as I worked with more clients, I noticed a pattern: when people used exercise or food to control their body, it often reflected a deeper fear or sense of powerlessness in another area of life. That insight led me to study behavior change and become a certified life coach.

Today, my philosophy is simple: everything is connected.

Fitness is no longer just about sets and reps—it’s about how you show up in life. How you feel, how fulfilled you are, how you relate to your body and your world. The body is a miracle. It’s how we do life. And while there’s still mystery to it, there’s also so much wisdom in tuning in and taking care of it with intention.

Now, I’m continuing my journey with the ultimate goal of studying acupuncture and possibly becoming a TCM doctor.

When we work together, it’s not just about workouts or physical results. It’s about you. Your energy, your emotions, your habits, your growth, your joy. I believe there’s always more going on beneath the surface—and I’m here to explore all of it with you.
