How it works
Get 1-3 phases at a time.
1 phase = 5 weeks (4 weeks building + 1 week deloading).
Don’t worry! I’ll explain what that means.
1 phase = 5 weeks
2 phases = 10 weeks
3 phases = 15 weeks

The custom program (of course)
Analysis of onboarding form: this is what helps me learn about your likes, goals, schedule, equipment, etc.
Movement assessments: this is what helps me design it for your body.

After you sign up…
Confirmation & Complete Profile
After you sign up you will receive a confirmation email from Trainerize to complete your in-app profile. This is where the workouts will be delivered!
Fill Out Onboarding Form & Record Movement Assessments
Next you will receive from me the onboarding form so I can get to know all about you as well as the movement assessments you will need to record and send back to me before I create your program.
Receive Your Program
Within 5 business days of receiving back the form & assessments form you your custom program will appear in the app! It will include video demos, written instructions, a place to track progress, schedule workouts, and connect various biometric trackers.

Throughout our time together we will have 1:1 messaging together so if you ever have a question, I’m there for ya!

If you are working out at home I would recommend having at least a few dumbbells of varying weights (some light, moderate, and heavy), resistance bands, and something sturdy you can step up on to and rest your back on.
Some other items that would come in handy are a suspension system (like a TRX) and an adjustable bench.

Within the onboarding form you will be sharing your ideal workout schedule: something realistic for you.
If you do struggle to stay consistent, personal training might be a better option.
If it’s a matter of sickness or travel for up to a week you can simple continue where you are in the program.

Due to the nature of delivery refunds are not possible.

It absolutely can be! Estelle has continued her education in pregnancy and postpartum exercise.
In order for her to program for you you must first receive clearance and guidelines from your doctor.

Video calls are not offered inside custom programming, but they are in personal training.
