Hi, I’m Estelle
On the surface I’m a personal trainer who’s branched out into nutrition, behavior, and life coaching. But what matters is what’s behind all of that and who I am because this shows how I’m going to show up for you and support you in your wholistic health journey.
Nothing, and I really mean nothing, is isolated: in the body or in life. In fact, those two are inextricably intertwined. In order to fully support you in your fitness goals I have to look at your life. You don’t need to tell me your deepest darkest secrets but it will get personal.
You say your hips are tight; I’ll wonder if your fundamental safety needs were met in developmental years.
You say your chest is restricted; I’ll wonder what you haven’t fully grieved.
Your neck is out of alignment; I’ll ask what you’re holding back and not fully living out in your life.
The work we do will be different because I have a unique outlook and ask questions most people won’t.

Estelle has been training individuals since early 2018 and holds an active personal trainer certification from the American Council on Exercise as well as a Pre and Postnatal Fitness certification from Oh Baby! Fitness. She has also received specializations in Fitness Nutrition, Behavior Change, and is a certified life coach.

Estelle highly encourages a minimum of 1 session/week along with workouts on your own. To accommodate illness and travel an extra 1-2 weeks has been added to this. However, if you do not think you’ll be able to use the sessions within the set period of time please reach out to hello@bodybyestelle and accommodations will be made if seen fit.

Yes! Estelle recommends a minimum of 2 full body workouts/week. In your initial intake you will determine what split is best for you and she will program workouts for you if needed.

Currently Estelle is only seeing clients in-person at Snap Fitness in Bend, OR. She understands that it can be nice to workout from home, but the gym is a dedicated workout space free from distractions. You will also have endless equipment options which means more flexibility and diversity in your workouts.

Estelle is a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and has taken courses in women’s hormone health and gut health. Estelle’s services are best suited for those who choose to eat animal products. You can book a separate session with her for a nutrition consultation.
